Plain English summary: MyToolkit tools run entirely in your browser — nothing you type is sent to our servers. We display Google ads, which use cookies. You can opt out of personalised ads at any time. We do not sell your data.
1. Who we are
MyToolkit.app ("we", "our", "us") is a free online utility tools website available at www.mytoolkit.app. We are the data controller for any personal data processed in connection with the contact form and analytics described below.

2. Data we collect
Calculator inputs
All calculator inputs (height, weight, dates, financial figures, etc.) are processed entirely client-side in your browser using JavaScript. No calculation data is transmitted to or stored on our servers.
Contact form submissions
When you submit the contact form, the following data is collected and processed by Web3Forms on our behalf:
- Name
- Email address
- Message content and subject
- Submission timestamp and IP address (collected by Web3Forms)
We use this data solely to respond to your enquiry. Web3Forms forwards submissions to our email inbox and retains data in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
Server / CDN logs
Cloudflare (our CDN and hosting provider) may collect anonymised technical data including IP addresses, browser user-agent strings, and request timestamps for security, performance, and DDoS protection purposes. This data is processed under Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
Advertising analytics
Google AdSense collects data about your visit to serve relevant advertisements and measure ad performance. See Section 4 for details.
3. Cookies and tracking

4. Advertising (Google AdSense)
MyToolkit.app displays advertisements served by Google AdSense (Google LLC). Google uses cookies and similar technologies to:

- Measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns
- Detect and prevent fraud
Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to our site and/or other sites on the internet. 5. Third-party services
MyToolkit.app relies on the following third parties, each with their own privacy practices:
- Cloudflare — CDN, hosting, and security. Privacy Policy

- Web3Forms — Contact form processing. Privacy Policy
- Open Exchange Rates — Exchange rate data for the Currency Converter (no personal data sent). Privacy Policy
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
6. Data retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected:
- Contact form submissions: Retained in our email inbox for up to 24 months, then deleted. Web3Forms retains submissions per their own retention schedule.
- Cookie consent (localStorage): Stored locally in your browser indefinitely, or until you clear your browser data.
- Cloudflare logs: Retained by Cloudflare per their data retention policy (typically up to 30 days for raw logs).
- Google AdSense data: Retained by Google per their data retention policies.
Calculator inputs are never stored and exist only in your browser's memory for the duration of your session.
7. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
Depending on your location, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
Ask us to limit how we use your personal data.
Receive your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format.
Object to processing of your personal data for direct marketing or legitimate interests.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us. We will respond within 30 days. Since we hold minimal personal data (contact form submissions only), most requests can be fulfilled quickly.
California residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information.
Supervisory authority: If you are located in the EU/EEA and believe we have not handled your data lawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
8. International data transfers
Our service is hosted by Cloudflare, which operates globally. If you are accessing MyToolkit.app from outside the United States, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries. Google AdSense and Web3Forms similarly operate in multiple countries. These transfers occur under appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.
9. Children's privacy
MyToolkit.app is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain EU member states). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal data to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
10. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include:
- HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
- Cloudflare DDoS protection and WAF
- Minimal data collection by design (no accounts, no databases)
- Regular review of third-party service security practices
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. If you discover a security vulnerability, please contact us responsibly via our Contact page.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. Material changes will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
