How does custom share splitting work?
Enter a percentage share for each person — they don't need to add up to 100% (the calculator normalises them). Useful when one person ordered more, or someone isn't splitting the drinks.
What tip percentage should I leave?
In the US, 15–20% is standard for sit-down restaurants. In the UK, 10–12.5% is typical. Many countries include service charges automatically — check your bill first.
